Terms

The expiration date and manufacturer of the goods are indicated on the packaging of the goods.

After receiving the goods, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining quality and safety.

The Buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the labeling of the goods and/or the information indicated on the packaging of the goods, and/or the instructions for use before using the goods.

The warranty applies only to Buyers who are consumers (natural persons expressing a desire to purchase, purchasing, or could purchase or use the goods or services for purposes not related to their economic or professional activities).

If the consumer does not comply with any of the manufacturer's or distributor's instructions, they lose the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and/or to make claims related to the warranty of the goods.

When submitting a claim to the manufacturer or the Company regarding the non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract, the consumer must attach a copy of the document confirming the transaction to the claim application.

The consumer has the right to submit a claim to the Company regarding the non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract within two years from the date of purchase of the goods. The consumer submits the claim application to the company within two months from the day they discovered the non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract. The date of purchase of the goods is considered to be the day when the consumer accepted the respective goods.

The warranty does not apply if the damage to the goods was caused by the consumer's own fault and/or the goods have natural wear and tear, and/or the goods were used for unintended purposes, and/or the goods were damaged as a result of external conditions, and/or the goods were stored improperly or incorrectly.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by those Buyers who are consumers (natural persons expressing the desire to purchase, purchasing, or could purchase or use a product or service for purposes not related to their economic or professional activity). A consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product (part of the Products) (by notifying the Company).

In order for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition (with intact labels, protective films, packaging, etc.). The consumer, when exercising the right of withdrawal, is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product if the Product has been used in a manner inconsistent with the principle of good faith, including being used for purposes other than determining the characteristics or functioning of the Product.

The use of the Product to determine its characteristics and type may only be carried out to the extent that it would be possible to do so in a store; otherwise, the right of withdrawal will not be possible.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases provided for by regulatory acts, including, but not limited to, when the Product spoils quickly or its expiration date is approaching (for example, food and dietary supplements) or the consumer has opened the packaging of a Product that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (for example, food, dietary supplements, shampoos, ointments, liquids, aerosols, tablets).

If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must send the Company a completed withdrawal form or an email to info@mbhveikals.lv, indicating the consumer's name, surname, and personal code, the consumer's contact information, the name of the purchased Product, the purchase price of the Product and delivery costs, the consumer's bank account number, and a notice of withdrawal from the Product purchase contract. The consumer is also required to attach a document confirming the purchase.

The consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Company within 14 days after sending the written notice of withdrawal (if the consumer has received the Product). The Company has the right not to refund the amount paid by the consumer for the Product until the consumer has returned the Product to the Company. If the consumer does not comply with the return deadline specified in this point, the right of withdrawal is lost.

The Product should preferably be returned with all (undamaged) packaging. The return of the Product must be done by postal shipment or delivery to the address specified by the Company, and the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

In the case of withdrawal, the Company will refund the amount paid for the Product no later than 14 days from the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, upon receipt of the Product and other necessary information. The Company does not refund costs (that part) for the delivery of Products that are greater than the standard cheapest method of receipt.

The complaint will be reviewed within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and a response will be sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.

If the complaint is deemed unfounded and you do not agree with the classification of the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided by the regulatory acts by submitting a written request to the service provider for out-of-court dispute resolution, indicating:

- name, surname, contact information;

- date of submission of the request;

- the essence of the dispute, claims, and their justification.
