Hill's PRESCRIPTION DIET c/d Multicare Stress cat food with chicken is a complete, dietary food designed to reduce the recurrence of struvite stone formation (causing feline lower urinary tract disease, FLUTD), dissolve struvite stones, and reduce the formation of oxalate stones in adult cats. This food has properties that promote urine supersaturation, which reduces the formation of struvite stones, has urine alkalinizing properties, and contains low levels of magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D. DOSAGE: Feed only this food. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before use. Feed the amount indicated on the packaging according to the cat's weight. Then adjust it to the animal's needs to maintain optimal body weight; the daily amount can be divided into 2+ meals/day. Recommended duration of use: for the dissolution of urinary stones/struvite - from 5 to 12 weeks, for the reduction of kidney stone recurrence up to 6 months. Fresh drinking water should always be available. COMPOSITION: cereals, meat and animal by-products (chicken 14%), plant protein extracts, oils and fats, minerals, milk and milk by-products (milk protein hydrolysate 0.1%), mollusks and crustaceans.
