KARBASEPTAS, ointment for external use in cattle, horses, dogs, and cats. Inflammations of the skin, soft tissues, tendons, and joints, sprains, bruises, udder swellings, necrotic, purulent wounds in cattle, horses, dogs, and cats. An additional remedy for the treatment of mastitis. 1g of ointment contains: active substances: methyl salicylate 20 mg, camphor 20 mg; excipients: urea 50 mg, ointment base (water, petroleum jelly, emulsifier) up to 1 g. For external use. The ointment should be applied to the affected areas of the skin (cleaned wounds, swellings, bruises, udder swellings, etc.). The ointment is used 2-3 times a day until the swelling decreases, dirt is cleaned from the wounds, and granulation is formed. It is recommended to gently massage the treated swollen udder.
