Hill's PRESCRIPTION DIET Metabolic cat food with chicken is a complete, dietary pet food for glucose regulation (Diabetes mellitus) in adult cats. This food has a low content of monosaccharides and disaccharides. DOSAGE: Feed only this food. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before use and before extending the duration of use. Feed the exact daily dose based on the cat's ideal weight. To ensure effective weight loss or to maintain the ideal weight, care should be taken not to exceed the recommended daily energy intake. When starting a dietary regimen, a transition period is recommended. FOR WEIGHT LOSS: Determine the amount of food based on the desired, not the current animal weight.
