Hill's PRESCRIPTION DIET k/d cat food with chicken is a complete, dietary food that supports kidney function in adult cats with chronic or acute kidney failure. This food has a low phosphorus level and a restricted protein level, but they are of high quality. Dosage: Feed only this food. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before use. Feed the amount indicated on the packaging according to the cat's weight. Then adjust it to the animal's needs to maintain optimal body weight; the daily dose can be divided into 2+ meals per day. Recommended duration of use: initially up to 6 months (for acute kidney failure 2-4 weeks). Fresh drinking water should always be available.
