VetoSkin Ultra has a dual action: it supports functions that protect against the effects of irritants and supports the function of the skin's hydrolipid barrier. Thanks to the palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) in the composition, it is possible to support processes that protect the skin from irritants. It is one of the naturally occurring fatty acid amides in cell membranes, which, by participating in the physiological processes of mast cell modulation, reduces the risk of developing allergic skin diseases. The micronized form of PEA used in the preparation promotes better absorption from the gastrointestinal tract and bioavailability. Curqfen® is a 100% bioavailable, natural, patented form of curcumin, i.e., an active polyphenol derived from turmeric. It supports the protection of skin cells against damage caused by free radicals, increases the amount of skin-forming components, improves skin density, and supports regeneration processes. Support for the skin's hydrolipid barrier is possible due to the synergistic effect of omega-3 (DHA, EPA) and omega-6 (LA, GLA) fatty acids. Omega-6 fatty acids are precursors of ceramides found in the skin, which, by limiting water penetration through the skin, support the proper functioning of skin cells, have a moisturizing effect, improve skin elasticity, and increase its resistance to damage. The complex of B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12) and biotin (B7) supports regeneration processes and the function of skin sebaceous glands. Zinc stabilizes the structure of cell membranes, which is very important for skin health, and supports the regeneration processes of the epidermis. Instructions for proper use: For cats and dogs up to 15 kg body weight – 1 capsule per day. For dogs over 15 kg body weight – 1 capsule per 15 kg body weight per day.
