Kit4Cat - cat urine sample collection litter. Biodegradable hydrophobic litter with a natural, non-toxic urine-repellent coating that keeps urine on the surface, allowing for easy sample collection. This allows veterinarians, laboratory technicians, and cat owners to quickly and easily collect a cat's urine sample without using invasive procedures such as cystocentesis. How to use: Pour Kit4Cat litter into an empty and clean cat litter box and allow the cat to freely urinate on the litter. The cat's urine will remain on the surface, allowing it to be easily collected using the included pipette and urine collection tube. DO NOT confuse Kit4Cat with regular cat litter. The package contains 3 bags of Kit4Cat filler, each 300g, 3 pipettes, and 3 urine collection tubes. The entire contents of one bag are intended for one urine test. If necessary, use more than 1 bag. To maintain the sterility of the product, do not store unused litter from an opened package. (1) Pour the entire contents of the bag into a clean and empty cat litter box. (2) Allow the cat to freely urinate on the hydrophobic litter. (3) Gently collect the urine with the pipette from the surface of the litter. (4) Fill the tube to at least 3/4 of its volume using the pipette. (5) Seal the tube and store it in the refrigerator for no longer than 48 hours. (6) Deliver the sample to your veterinarian for testing as soon as possible. Warnings: Plastic bags can be dangerous. To prevent the risk of suffocation, keep away from children.
