OPHTAL FORTE EYE GEL Sterile eye drops for dogs and cats with protective, soothing, moisturizing, and stabilizing effects on the tear film of the eye. Used in cases of mechanical irritation (e.g., burning, itching, tearing) caused by external factors such as wind, sun, pharmacotherapy. The drops effectively alleviate the symptoms of dry eye syndrome caused by reduced or insufficient tear production, external environment, aging process of the eye, diseases (e.g., diabetes, glaucoma, arthritis). Action: Sterile, gel-based eye preparation designed for eye protection, moisturizing, and support of physiological functions. The formula is based on hyaluronic acid, which has the ability to bind a significant amount of water, forming a well-adhering and durable moisturizing layer. The product adheres very well to the surface of the eye, increasing the amount of the formed tear film, creating an optimal environment that promotes eye protection against external factors and eye function. Bio-mucin peptide together forms a protective layer for the eye and creates an ideal environment for conjunctival health, providing long-lasting hydration. Glycyrrhizic acid with its soothing properties promotes processes that reduce swelling, burning, and irritation of the eyes, especially the conjunctiva. Usage: Instill 1-2 drops into each eye 2-4 times a day. The preparation can be used as an adjunct in the treatment of dry eye syndrome and allergies. For eye moisturizing during premedication, surgery, or postoperative care: instill 1-2 drops onto the surface of the cornea or into the conjunctival sac of both eyes as often as possible. It is advisable to consult a veterinarian before use. The preparation contains a preservative. Do not use if the surface of the eye is damaged.
