Chestnut (Castanea sativa): favored for its tannins. Tannins are a group of polyphenols with significant antioxidant properties, positively affecting the intestinal mucosa, and they also have astringent properties.
Plantain (Plantago psyllium): the mucilage of plantain protects the intestinal mucosa and helps normalize intestinal peristalsis.
Electrolytes: used to restore salt levels in the body.
