For the treatment of flea (Ctenocephalides felis and C. canis) infestations in dogs. One treatment provides immediate and lasting flea elimination for 5 weeks. For the treatment of tick (Dermacentor reticulatus, Ixodes ricinus, Ixodes hexagonus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Hyalomma, marginatum) infestations in dogs. One treatment provides immediate and lasting tick elimination for one month. Fleas and ticks must attach to the host and start feeding for the active substance to take effect. Parasites can spread diseases in dogs by transmitting and passing on pathogens. By eliminating fleas and ticks, this veterinary medicine reduces the risk of transmission of canine babesiosis and Dipylidium infection: - To reduce the risk of infection with Dipylidium caninum, transmitted by Ctenocephalides felis, for 30 days. - To reduce the risk of infection with Babesia canis canis, transmitted by Dermacentor reticulatus, for 28 days.
